I’m Laura Rosenberger. I help consumer brands implement AI in their operations.
I’m the founder of Superposition, an AI-first operations consultancy for consumer brands. Before getting into AI, I was COO of Naked Wines — at the time, a £100m DTC company, where I was responsible for growth and performance. I then co-founded Laylo, a challenger brand making premium boxed wines, where I built the operations from scratch. Most recently I was COO at Artanis, an AI implementation consultancy.
I’m not an AI engineer. I’m an operator who’s been deep in AI tooling for the past year, building with it daily, and figuring out where it genuinely helps versus where it’s a distraction. My view is that operators are best placed to lead AI transformation in their businesses. The hard part isn’t the engineering — it’s breaking down operational problems in a way that AI can actually solve. That’s an operator’s job.
At Superposition, I work with consumer brands who know they should be using AI but don’t know where to start. I begin with their operational pain, not the technology.
I write about this here — sharing my field notes on AI in operations, practical use cases, and observations from the frontline of working on AI with non-technical business. I also write The Final Mile on Substack, which covers the last-mile challenges of getting AI to actually work inside the messy reality of real companies.
